Store Credit Only Policy:
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
- No cash, check, or credit card refunds under any circumstances
- Credit expires 1 year from issue date
Return Conditions:
Accepted Within 30 Days if:
- Product is unopened & in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Not Accepted: - Used/opened products (hygiene policy)
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
Defective/Damaged Items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of issue
- We’ll send replacement or issue store credit
How to Return:

- Include: Order #, product name, reason for return
- Ship to: 19 Debra St., Mt. View, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga
- Allow 5-7 business days for credit processing
