1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Unopened & unused cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons, some products may not qualify)

❌ Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Opened or used cosmetics (for health & safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Buyer’s remorse (unless covered under a satisfaction guarantee)

2. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us First (Within 7 days of delivery)

2️⃣ Approval Required

  • We will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions.
  • Do not ship items back without approval (you may not receive a refund).

3️⃣ Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless we sent the wrong/damaged item).
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving the return.

  • Original payment method (5-10 business days processing)
  • Store credit (if preferred)

4. Dropshipping Transparency Notice

We are a dropshipping business, meaning products ship directly from our suppliers. This may affect return times. We work with trusted partners to ensure quality, but delivery and return processes may take longer than traditional retail.
